I have hereby released the Completionist and Max capes on the test server, and I plan to release them on the actual server tomorrow (on the 24th of July, between 6PM and 10PM GMT) if all goes well.
Please note that whenever a new quest is introduced, anyone who previously purchased a Completionist Cape will not be able to wear it until they have completed the new quest.
Both capes can be bought at a Marble Cape Rack (or Magical Cape Rack) in the Costume Room of a Player-Owned House.

-> Upgraded the Dharok's set special effect. The effect occurs more often when your hitpoints are lower (as it has been for a while) but it will now occur more often than before.

What I need to do next:
-> Make sure players can't keep their castle wars hoods/capes
-> Make sure there is no way for players to cheat (will require a lot of testing)
-> Test for all possible bugs and fix t...
