As you can see, this issue stops you from voting, and I know this also has effected other players too.
Solution 1:
Those other players with the same issue I have spoke to have been using WiFi. Simply switch to a wired connection and the problem should be solved (This worked for me and another two players i spoke two with the same issue) If you can't obtain a wired connection however, sometimes resetting your router will fix the issue.
Solution 2:
Try swapping your browser. If you copy the same link to a different browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox etc), this should also help fix the problem. However, a problem with this is that it isn't a permanent fix. For me, each browser worked for voting only twice before sir-cumming to the same IP address issue.
