No castle wars yet - but completionist cape!

As I will soon be leaving on vacation for a while with my family, it seems like a bad idea to release castle wars right now. I would technically be able to release the final version just before I leave, but there's a good chance there will be bugs and glitches with the potential to ruin the server (as is the case with any such major update). If and when something goes wrong, I'd rather be around to make sure PkHonor does not suffer any needless damage. Since I will not have access to a computer nor internet while I'm away, it seems best this way.

That being said, the final release for castle wars has been postponed until sometime in August.
The reason I'm not releasing the exact dates that I'm away is because I don't want to give bug abusers a "sheriff is out of town" notice allowing them go to rampant (better safe than sorry).

To compensate for the delay of castle wars, I have decided to release the Completionist cape instead. Even though there's a minor visual glitch in the cape, it's so benign that it does not seem worth further delaying the release of the cape because of it. Later today or early tomorrow, I will hold an official poll to determine the requirements for the cape (I know there's already threads devoted to their requirements, but none of it is official nor has it been voted on yet).
The cape will be released before I leave on vacation, and there is very little chance of something going wrong with it.

Disclaimer: when pets and two associated quests will be released (after castle wars), anyone who has already managed to obtain a completionist cape by then will not be able to wear it until they have completed the quests. Consider it a quest point cape, where each time a new quest is introduced, you need to complete it in order to be able to wear the cape again.

Cannot wait, and I'm pretty sure Rick made a comp cape poll or something about it, i'll have a look for it.

Mike, will the magic cape rack affect the completionist cape in any way?

Perhaps once the cape is bought, a player can get free replacements from said rack?

Considering the rack costs 80b...it doesn't seem like much of a problem.
