Client Problems

The problem is I am able to login everytime but when I login the player models are usually frozen, sometimes they move around; I have been able to login once so far and stay on without getting disconnected. After the player models would continue to be frozen it would send me back to the login screen and say either error connecting to server or I am already signed in.

I am an OG PkH player and trying to get back into the community possibly with the intent to upload content.

Is just your client frozen?

If so, try removing your cache. It's usually stored on your C drive (on Windows), in the Users folder. Remove the pkhonor folder and restart the client.

I have removed the cache and redownloaded pkh multiple times. Still having the error.

It works on my laptop but I'm trying to get it to work on my streaming and gaming pc. On my main account on the pc it's not working on I have a pin to signin and when i signin it doesn't come up also.

Been waiting to get help, please if anybody can been trying to get back onto PkH for a while but not been able to.
