Inferno adze help?

So im doing HCIM and im wondering if anyone drops inferno adze or can you only get from donor island
and if so how do IM players get ahold of one

They are only sold from the premium store. You need to get donor + prem status first. For ironmen, these can be purchased from the donor shop npc for pkp + gp.

yes I can confirm that troll and role is correct the only way to obtain these is to buy from premium store good luck bro!

we should add the inferno adze to Tormented Demons drop table!
