Nightmare (and other) instances: clan-based or invite-only?

I voted for invite only, But the truth is it doesn't really matter, considering nightmare is already dead content...probably should just leave it as it is right now considering its hard to find ppl to join even without instances.

I can think of at least 2 people who aren’t grinding Nightmare until instances come out, so that might be a factor

I agree with these views. I teleported to nightmare right now and nobody is there. No real pressing need for instances.

I just want to be 100% sure I can solo it whenever I feel like it without having to worry about noobs coming in next turn.

For Nex I wouldn't mind it on a timer where you have to pay x amount to be able to stay there for x amount of hours.
