Hello gamers and welcome to another poll.
As they're implemented now in development, lucky implings will roll a clue table (easy through master). Then, they'll roll a random item on that table, independent of the drop rates, meaning every item is equally likely.
1. Should master rewards be included, or only easy through elite?
2. Should the Magic Stone be discluded from the elite table?
3. Should item unlocks count for the collection log?

I feel like all of these questions depend on how frequently the lucky implings spawn.
If they're as common as kingly imps at ::skilling that changes my answers compared to if a single impling spawns once an hour at Puro Puro kind of deal.

Every roaming world impling spawned by the server will have a 1/100 chance of becoming a Lucky Impling, assuming no other Lucky Implings are present in the world.
As for the frequency of world implings, that's a somewhat complex thing.

1-4-5 best options in my opinion, i don't see why master rewards shouldn't be added to lucky implings since they don't presumably spawn so frequently (?)

Oh that's quite rare.
I'd say include everything then. 1 in 100,000 world imp spawns for an m-stone isn't that high at all (1/5 * 1/500 * 1/100 + 1/5 * 1/333.33 * 1/100)
