5 July Updates: more bugfixes

Fixed the twisted bow being weaker against Nex and its minions and mages during the Last Journey quest
Fixed Ashuelot Reis in the Nex lobby not allowing players to bank during the Last Journey quest
Fixed the wilderness obelisks not teleporting you to the chosen location when you have completed the wilderness achievements
Players now glow red when being targeted for Nex's blood sacrifice
Fixed a bug where having a transparent chatbox made the Grand Exchange search interface unusable
Server updates will now have a countdown timer of 60 minutes by default (instead of 30 minutes). During that time, players will still be able to start a CoX or ToB raid, but will be warned they only have a limited time to finish their raid, as any raid progress will be lost as soon as the server restarts
The slayer XP players receive from killing Nex has been halved
