I can't even put into enough words the gratitude I have for Ryan. He was the reason I found my love for Pkhonor in the second era of my history here.

Not only was he the best mentor I've ever had on the staff team, but he's a great mentor I've had for real life situations as well. He was and still is extremely inspirational on how a person should be, inside and out of a game.

While mike and rapsey had their times of being inactive, Ryan held down the fortress as much as he could, I'm glad he gets his much deserved Advisor rank.

Congratulations Ryan! It has been a pleasure to watch you grow as both a player, and staff member on PkHonor. It was a great honor to work alongside you on the Staff Team, and boy oh boy am I glad that I pushed for your promotion to Moderator when I did. You're now leaving behind a legendary legacy, and one of the biggest shoes to fill for Jayden. Congratulations to you on an incredible career on the Staff Team, and congratulations on becoming an official Advisor. It takes a lot for the rank of Advisor to be given, and after Mike and Rapsey decided to discontinue the rank after I departed the Staff Team, I never thought I would see the day that it would be granted to another person. However, I am glad that they decided to bestow it onto you.

Jayden, your time on the Staff Team has been an amazing one. I have not seen anyone progress as well, and as quickly as you have (it even took @Patel a long time to even become an Administrator). I believe that you will do excellent in this new role, and that you will make the right choices. If you are ever in need to any help, guidance, or simply just want to pick someone's brain about something, then I'm your guy. Congratulations to you, and good luck with everything!
