Good point Mike, I could see why you wouldn't want to read a PM with the subject "please". It's annoying. Hopefully players start sending more professional PM's as a result of the thread. =-)

Why would one need to pm Mike except for donation problems. If I got an urgent bug for example that need asap fixing I contact Billy and Billy will contact Mike.
