I can remember someone posting this but I wasn't able to find it back in the score post from @Mike.

Minor visual bug:

The spawns that guard the door to the next room should face the room where the shamans are in.

On OSRS you don't see the hits until you step off the tightrope, on PKH you see the hits while you walk the tightrope:

You can eat food and drink potions while walking on the tightrope, this allows a full skip of the room:

The drop option on the keystone cystal gives the destroy interface, on OSRS your can drop the crystal:

Walking the tightrope should reward you agility XP.

Walking on the pile of skulls is a way to completely lose aggro in the tightrope room, there is a pile of bones in both of the room layouts. This is used on OSRS to complete this room without using any food. On PKH the npcs keep aggroed.
