Diving into tob for the first time and learning the raid at the same time as everyone else. I got to meet and get to know a lot of people, many of which I still talk to often.

Starting MOTC with Ra, Nis, Vok, Geg, Cheko, Twister and Zano. Late night Vc got absolutely WILD and I'll remember it all fondly long after I stop playing.

A couple of honorable mentions:
  • The community as a whole collectively rejecting DJ Church, making him leave
  • Arrsenic not knowing what the "arabs to sand casino" joke meant and actually getting mad at me over it
  • Thoby always teleporting and afking by me when I was grinding the zombie minigame
  • Adam whenever he quotes LOTR

2010-2012 were the greatest of all times.
No matter where we went, there were people everywhere..
The wilderness has never been as active as back then...
Wildywyrm was contested a lot, it was insanely rare to solo it without getting multiple clans to fight for it....
There were quite a few people I met on pkhonor but were actually from the same school.....
Getting loot actually felt like getting something significant......
Edgeville and deep wilderness had people (yes I know it sounds like I'm lying, but this is only told in the tales of old because it's such a forgotten relic of ancient history). Wilderness was savage and no one was safe. Sometimes you could even consider it harassment or gang violence lmao
People truly liked or hated eachother due to clan warfare and wilderness shenanigans, but we were all in it together, frenemies for life.
Sadly like 95% of the big names disappeared around the end of this era to never return, but I will never forget their bloodlust for battle and the positive impact they had on pkhonor.
Hi im Sam and Elite Hybrid, enough said he had the best cc to fuck around with but people forget how important he was at that time, they'd rather just trash talk him for his other deeds but let's be honest most staffmembers weren't any better.....
And we sadly made Hamade exile himself from the server, we had a Billy era as replacement but there was little to no positive improvements during that period.

Pkhonor truly had a golden era, it won't ever be able to compete with it's past but since it doesn't have body type a/b or pronouns it still outshines osrs at any time of the day.

Also, there's only a select few who remember the OLD PKHONOR WEBSITE, this website isn't even worth to be called a shadow of the old one. Having the shoutbox to interact with other randos and just hop online to chill with them ingame was the most goated shit ever, pkhonor truly was built different not just ingame.

+1 to all of this I remember every single bit of this. I do remember the old PKH website. This current one was completely different. Sent shivers down my spine thinking about everything you mentioned. Remember the ghost PK shop? With initiate and legends in it lol. MY OG USER WAS AEROPOSTALE.

I'll share a couple, as this was such a nice thread to read.

One of my favorite memories was joining Pkhonor in 2013 while I was in my high school information technology class, thanks to a good friend (you know who you are). We hardly knew each other at first, but became great friends, and still are to this day. If it were not for him, I'd have not found Pkhonor. Simply because of this, I also bumped into a friend who I had met on a previous server in 2011 and re-gained contact with him, we still chat to this day and I consider him to be one of my closest friends.

Discovering kingly implings for the first time. I became rich from this, it was my favorite past-time for many hours every day.

Becoming a helper rank for the first time, being promoted by Rick. This felt very special at the time and I'll never forget it. I loved answering all sorts of questions as I became more experienced with the game, and helping newer players was genuinely fun for me at that time. It would eventually lead me to become an in-game Admin for a while and I enjoyed that while it lasted as well.

Losing my cape of legends due to afking while I was following someone (no wilderness ditch at the time, was skulled from pking earlier, yada yada pixels). I was pretty upset and my buddy and I went to get fast-food to cheer me up haha, fun night. I remember begging Patel to refund me the cape, but there was nothing he could rightfully do.

As James said in a reply above, prem skilling when it was crowded. I loved fishing rocktail there and chatting with everyone. I had a couple accounts and fished there for close to 10b exp because I genuinely enjoyed hanging out with the 2b grinders in that area. We all grinded multiple 2b skills in that area and liked chatting.

Hitting 46b XP for the first time was a great feeling. only 2 other players had this at the time, around mid 2015, and both of them never spoke to me. It would have been nice to know them on a personal level, but that's alright.

Equipping watering cans, fishing rods, lobster pots, etc. by messing with a file in the game code, everyone did it and it was interesting to me.

I had plenty of fun times with in game achievements on my ironman account when that game mode was released later on. Receiving a whip of chaos after 500 elite caskets felt so good. So many others would get their chaos whip much earlier on and it motivated me to keep going. Frost dragons were life for a good while.

All the late night skype calls with Pkhonor friends (you know who you are) really helped me through the early part of my adult life, so thank you.

Meeting Kim was cool. We had some fun times and it was a memorable part of my life that I'll never forget.

Countless hours of talking with friends is ultimately what I remember most about Pkhonor. It didn't feel like my favorite part of the game when I was 17 years old, but as I reflect on memories made on Pkhonor, screaming and laughing with friends on skype was the highlight of this server for me.
