After some more testing, I reproduced it with starting a raid with 2 accounts.
1 leader 1 follower.
I left the cc form the leader and got kicked from the raid.
Left the follower in the raid.

Joined the same cc again with leader, and ran into cox again ( created a new bugged instance)

Using this same method I was able to join an already started raid, assumption is because the elevation is based on clan.

Guardian has the examine bug

The dinh's bulwark spec heals NPC's instead of damaging them, tested on dragons and nightmare. This problem doesn't seem to occur at dust devils with the area of effect attack.

Not sure if it's necessarily a bug but deaths can do CoX
