By pretty much helping run the clan, helping out, acting like a captain so telling people to recruit and things like that. That's how I was promoted to CPT and now since he needed someone to help run the team I was promoted to General Just keep loyal, help recruit, tell others to recruit and maybe do some events?

UPDATE - I'm no longer Co-Owner of Skill Elites. I resigned because another player had told me that I hadn't been in long enough and another player also agreed. This is fair enough as I have only been in Skill Elites for a short period but since when did time have to do with anything if you're good at a job? Ah well, I vowed to myself that if me being a gold star would ever cause a problem, I'd resign as I play for fun and not to start arguments and me being a gold star upset a certain person. I'll continue to help Rick with Skill Elites but I'm not having any responsibilities because even that may upset this person.
