Could you get access to old accounts via old IP?

Basically when I played a couple years ago, if I couldn't get any 1b tix I'd have a few spare accounts to trade the cash over to get past the max cash limit. I had maybe 4-5 accounts with 2b in, but I can't fucking remember the names.
I contacted a mod who used my IP to check my accounts, but my IP has changed since.
Is it possible to maybe get my old IP address from one of my old forum posts, and use that to check the list of accounts I had?
