Your only post was an ban appeal in January of 2016. There is no Ipmute on the account Calvary. You are going to need to post an appeal listing which account you are Ipmuted on (If you know which).

You were Ipmuted for staff impersonation and player impersonation on 6 separate accounts. Post an appeal and an admin can give you more details.
