Wildy Achievements not counting

I had 2 targets that i distinctly remember killing, where i was on regular prayer book & was a DH axe ko (full set for barrows req). Neither kills were added to my achievements.

The entire kill has to be with the barrows set equipped.

Get a lucky naked agility target and kill them with Ahrims or Karils, seems to be the only way to get that one done.

Apparently you cannot use veng or recoils either.

How does this explain the normal prayer book achievement not being fulfilled either?
