PvM part of diary got reverted

Not sure this is the right place to post. I'm sorry if I'm at the wrong place.
So yesterday I finished the PvM part of the wildy diary. All the achievments dissapeared in the diary and blue text appeared and said that I could have all bones noted and fishing in ressource area was reduced in lvl from 85 to 75 I think.
Just had a look again today, and noticed that the following achievment is not done, when I indeed have done it and completed it:
"Chaos Elemental: 3/10 solo kills while staying under 40hp".
Perhaps it is possible to check logs as to when I completed the PvM part of the diary to prove that I have in fact done it?
