Double XP weekend 24 - 27 November

Last Sunday, there was a brief time period (about 3 - 4 hours) where player accounts were not being properly saved and were rolled back to their previous state after logging out. It's the first time we have experienced this particular problem, and are actively working to figure out the cause. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to all players who were online during that time.

We have a few theories that we're putting to the test, but due to the fact that this has only happened once in the entirety of the existence of the server, it's also really hard to reproduce. Apart from figuring out the source, we're also building in a few safeguards, so in the unlikely event that this problem should occur again, the server will at least fix itself and the problems will be limited to the absolute minimum.

Anyone who obtained rare drops during the time of Sunday's server issues can post a refund on the forums. All drop logs were properly saved, so we can verify who obtained which rare items in order to refund them.

I regret to inform that trades and stakes that were rolled back cannot be refunded. Neither can XP gains, but to compensate for the XP loss, we are hosting a double XP weekend from 24 to 27 November.

Thanks for taking extra step measures in attempts to make a system that manually saves PIDs and able to reload despite server errors. We have to keep in mind, as we make and push out updates, there could be an issue that causes something totally unrelated bug out, depending how the game relays the information its given.

If I were to take a guess it can either be some LMS revisions or even the holloween quest that might have something to do with it, as they are our new content.
