To recover an account through our automated system you must first have a linked forum account.

For those that do not have a forum account but do play the game. *REGISTRATION*

We should start by registering your forum account.

You can use a game account to register on the website. This account will be your main community account and give you access to the forums, account management and support.

To first register your in game account to a forum account you must have played 10 minutes or longer on the account.

To check your timeplayed try ::timeplayed

Confirm 10 minutes has been played then try again, fill out all the information requested.

Congratulations you now have a linked forum account. To actually log into the account you just registered you should probably go to the email you provided and click the link in confirming this is your real email address.

you can now continue with the guide. this part is only for new users that needed to register an account name.

For those that have a forum account, but do not have a linked forum account. *LINKING*

User account control panel (settings gear) under account management, and then further under linked game accounts..

select the symbol

Fill in your password and bankpin *if you have one*

you have now linked your account to the main recovery email address

From this screen just....

User Control Panel...


Click the account name under linked accounts *MAKE SURE IT HAS AN EMAIL ADDRESS!!...


Click the Recover Password/Bank pin option


CONFIRM!

Finally just go to your email and follow the link given by the pkhonor automated account recovery system.

You should be able to recover an account password and bank pin within seconds through this method rather than using the recovery process.

Do NOT post your password on your Recovery.
Please do not “bump” your thread. It will only result in your Recovery taking longer to complete.
Always use the correct format. If your Recovery does not contain the proper format, it will be disapproved.
Please refrain from making multiple Recoveries. If your Recovery isn’t visible, it’s because we haven’t approved the post yet.
