Max Cape Requirement

Is the drop rate on the scroll higher than for example rigour or rapid renewal?

I got one after 600 kills and 5 pets, but I have seen others getting it in a few kills with no struggles at all.

Pretty sure rigour and augury are part of the max cape requirement. If so, then it only makes sense to follow suit with the new prayer (whatever it’s called). Max and comp shouldn’t be treated differently, but when new content is added neither should be wearable until completed if it’s going to be a requirement.

When we added the last quest, everyone had a grace period and after x time (probably the 2 weeks like Rapsey said), they coudn’t wear their max/comp capes.

it shouldnt be implented for players who already wear max cape imo.
we did the requirments needed at that time.
players who use max cape for years would be not able to wear it untill the meet req everytime you guys add something?

It’s always been like this, it’s nothing new. Old or new, you have to comply with whatever the current state of the game is. It’s not really bullshit, it’s just game progression.
