[Hardcore ben]

A brief rundown on strategy

When entering, drop your PFM and Peity
Dose an Overload, but don't heal
Only Heal if you fall below 50 HP, since you go back to full health (if you're at at least 49) when Overload expires
If you want to play safe, stay at around 65 HP
When Overload expires, dose again, repeat the process
I'm at 87 prayer, and typically pot that around 45
Phase 1 - Whip, CRapier, whatever your choice weapon is
Phase 2 - Keris

A short video showing the build I use to farm. Cheap and effective. I'm an Iron player, so keep in mind that this build is based off that.

General recommended (required if Iron) Skills
99 Herblore - Sara Brews, Super Prays and Overloads
53 (or 54) Construction - Keris
43 Prayer - Protect from Melee
75 Prayer - Peity. Not required, but highly recommended.

Helm of Neitznot (I forgot to swap back, I just finished KQ Task)
Dragon Chainbody (I died and lost my Fighter's Torso =\)
Dragon Platelegs
Dragon Boots
Dragon Gloves
Amulet of Fury
Berserker Ring
Dragon Defender (I used DFS up until right before making the video. Got my DDEF on last Task kill)
Skill Cape

Replace gear where appropriate. With better gear, you can obviously farm her to death before needing to leave.
